Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Here’s the deal… we sell some awesome coffee. But it’s coffee – the moment you open the bag and drink from it ain’t no-one gonna buy that again.

So if there is something actually wrong with the product, sure, we’ll replace it. But don’t expect to return the coffee if you don’t like it. Heck, if you don’t like it, someone should return YOU as there is clearly a factory error that somehow slipped though.

So here’s an idea. If you don’t like the coffee, give it to someone else, I’m sure they will love it even though you are a sad person who doesn’t like it.
